AMTR Cold - high-speed door for cold storage environments

AMTR Cold is an industrial high-speed roll-up door designed for facilities where stable temperature conditions and continuous operation are required. The door features a flexible self-repairing PVC curtain that automatically reinserts into the side guides after accidental impact, allowing immediate resumption of operation without manual intervention.

The curtain is constructed as a multi-layer system combining PVC with an additional insulation layer, achieving a total thickness of approximately 5 mm and a thermal performance of U = 3.7 W/m²K. This helps maintain stable internal temperatures while reducing energy losses in temperature-controlled environments.

The door is powered by an inverter-controlled drive system with absolute encoder positioning, ensuring smooth and precise movement even in high-frequency operation. Opening speeds of up to 2.0 m/s improve traffic flow and operational efficiency.

AMTR Cold supports maximum dimensions up to 4500 mm in width and 5000 mm in height, with wind resistance up to Class 3 (EN 12424). The system is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and can be adapted for operation in lower temperature conditions.

Equipped with a 3-phase motor with active brake (IP55) and an IP67 multibeam safety light barrier, the door complies with EN 12604 and EN 12453, ensuring safe and reliable performance in industrial environments.
