AMTR Freeze 1 is an industrial high-speed roll-up door designed for freezer environments where maintaining stable low temperatures and operational reliability are essential. The system features a flexible self-repairing curtain that automatically reinserts into the side guides after accidental impact, allowing uninterrupted operation without manual reset.

The curtain is constructed as a multi-layer system combining PVC with a closed-cell elastomer insulation core, achieving a total thickness of approximately 18 mm and a thermal performance of U = 1.9 W/m²K. This significantly reduces thermal exchange and supports stable conditions in freezer and cold storage environments.

The door is powered by an inverter-controlled drive system with absolute encoder positioning, ensuring precise control and smooth operation even under intensive use. Opening speeds of up to 2.0 m/s improve workflow efficiency and reduce energy losses.

AMTR Freeze 1 supports maximum dimensions up to 4500 mm in width and 5000 mm in height, with wind resistance up to Class 3 (EN 12424). It is designed for operation in temperatures ranging from -18°C to +10°C, making it suitable for demanding industrial freezer applications.

Equipped with a 3-phase motor with active brake (IP55) and an IP67 multibeam safety light barrier, the door complies with EN 12604 and EN 12453, ensuring safe and reliable performance.
