USAGE
Seal pillows are installed in the bottom corner of flap seals to restrict air flow during handling. Pillows are available in two standard sizes to suit flap seals with two depths - 500 and 600 mm. Special dimensions are also produced according to customer requirements.

FEATURES
Pillows are offered in the shape of a cylinder in various sizes.
In the corner seal kit, we supply complete fastening elements, i.e. cables, brackets and a shock-absorbing spring.
FABRIC & INSTALLATION
The pillows are manufactured from reinforced PVC polyester with a weight of 295 g/m2, in black and grey.
The filling of the pillows is polyurethane foam.
The pads are suspended from a 5 mm PVC rope using a spring shock absorber and snap hook.
Installation of the corner seal takes approximately 15 minutes and involves screwing the installation bracket into a hole made in the rear frame of the seal.
