AMTR FoodLine – high-speed hygienic door for food and clean environments

AMTR FoodLine is a high-speed industrial roll-up door designed specifically for food processing facilities and wash-down environments where hygiene, corrosion resistance and operational reliability are essential. The door features a self-repairing PVC curtain system that automatically reinserts into the side guides after accidental impact, allowing the door to resume operation without manual intervention.

The structure is built from stainless steel components, including the frame and roller, providing long-term durability in humid or chemically demanding environments. The door is controlled by an inverter-based drive system with absolute encoder positioning, ensuring smooth door movement and stable performance even in high-cycle applications.

With opening speeds up to 2.5 m/s, AMTR FoodLine improves traffic efficiency and reduces energy loss caused by long door opening times. The door supports clear openings up to 7000 × 5600 mm and offers wind resistance up to Class 4 (EN 12424) depending on door dimensions.

The standard washable PVC curtain (900 g/m²) is suitable for hygiene-sensitive environments and can also be supplied in insulated, anti-static or food-approved variants. The door is equipped with a 3-phase motor with active brake (IP55) and an IP67 multibeam safety light barrier, complying with EN 12604 and EN 12453 safety standards.
