GENERAL INFORMATION

The AMTR-I loading plate is used as a handling system in all kinds of industrial halls and facilities where it is not possible to install a standard hydraulic dock leveller and there is a need for an additional loading bay, e.g. for unloading vehicles with narrower loading bodies.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES

• the mechanical bridge is made of galvanized steel elements,

• the static load-bearing capacity of the dock plate is 7 kN,

• the dock plate is opened/closed by moving the loading plate flap through a lifting element called a lever,

• the working range of the dock plate is blocked by suitable safeguards, which protects the bridge flap against breakage.
