SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The AMTR-P pneumatic seal is designed for sealing lorry trailers at the loading bay. Thanks to the integration with the dock leveller, there is no need for additional elements to protect the goods to be handled. The primary task of the seal is to reduce the impact of adverse weather conditions on the work in the warehouse. As standard, the pneumatic seal is equipped with a single blower responsible for proper filling of the bellows. In case of an individual order, it is possible to increase the quantity to 2 pieces.

CONTROL

With the touch of a button, both motors that the seal is equipped with - tubular and inflatable - are operated. When docking the lorry for unloading, both motors seal the space between the open door and the vehicle within 30 seconds.

• elastic and extremely stable protective belts, made of double-layer polyester interlacing,

• the seal is covered on both sides with an abrasion-resistant, anti-static, hard PVC coating,

• the sides of the seal are made of galvanised steel,

• the reinforcing profiles are made of anodised aluminium,

• the seal is fitted with hot-dip galvanised consoles to ensure complete safety.
