AMTR RapidPro – high-performance self-repairing roll-up door

AMTR RapidPro is an industrial high-speed roll-up door engineered for facilities where fast operation, durability and operational continuity are critical. The door uses a flexible self-repairing PVC curtain that automatically reinserts into the side guides after accidental impact, allowing the system to resume operation without manual intervention.

The door is powered by an inverter-controlled drive system with absolute encoder positioning, ensuring accurate movement control and smooth operation even in high-frequency environments. With opening speeds of up to 2.5 m/s, RapidPro improves traffic efficiency and reduces energy losses caused by prolonged door openings.

AMTR RapidPro supports clear opening dimensions up to 7000 mm in width and 5600 mm in height and provides wind resistance up to Class 4 (EN 12424) depending on the door size. The standard PVC curtain (900 g/m²) is washable and available in additional variants such as insulated, anti-static or FDA-compliant materials.

Equipped with a 3-phase motor with active brake (IP55) and an IP67 multibeam safety light barrier, the system complies with EN 12604 and EN 12453, ensuring safe and reliable operation in intensive industrial environments.
